Shipping Policy


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours. During peak sales periods, processing may take 3–5 business days.

Delivery Times

  • United States: 5–10 business days (average)
  • International: 7–15 business days (average)

Remote locations may take up to 30 days. Natural disasters, holidays, weather, and other factors beyond our control may cause delays. Maxora does not guarantee exact delivery times; shipping issues are the carrier’s responsibility.

Tracking

Tracking is provided for every order once it ships. You can track your order on our Track Your Order page. Some items may ship separately from different fulfillment centers.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, check with neighbors, family members, roommates, or your property manager. Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we consider the order fulfilled. Maxora cannot be responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.

Incorrect Address & Damaged Items

If your address is incorrect, notify us immediately at info@maxorahub.com. If your item arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photo; we will arrange a replacement.

International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to tariffs, customs duties, taxes, or import fees—these are the buyer’s responsibility. Maxora is not liable for customs-related delays or costs. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
